NEA School of Barbering is an independently owned barber school in Jonesboro, Arkansas, ran by director Tim Perry AKA Mr. P. NEA School of Barbering is a staple in the community for its community work, positive presence with the youth, and making barbering easy and accessible for all ages. The school has graduated 89 total students over the years, allowing people to become barbers as well as barber instructors.
